Passion Flower is a nervine, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, which is great for sleep disturbance due to tension, restlessness, and nervousness. Passion Flower brings calmness and acts as an antidepressant.

California Poppy is a strong sedative herb, it helps with nervous agitation, anxiety, stress, and it's our home state flower!

Chamomile is slightly bitter and used for indigestion, gas, and IBS. Our sleep is affected when we haven’t properly digested our food prior to sleep. Chamomile helps aid in digestion, which gives our body more time to rest while sleeping versus working to digest food.

Skullcap is used for nervous exhaustion. It is a bitter, which helps with digestive stagnation. Skullcap has antioxidant, anti inflammatory, antispasmodic properties while helping with anxiety and muscle tension associated with the anxiety.

Oatstraw is used to help strengthen the nervous system.

Lavender is aromatic, good for headaches, nervousness, and is helpful for anxiety when taken internally. It also has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.
